FROM SOLID FOUNDATIONS TO THE ROOF

On 1 July 2024, WE ARE OPEN!
After more than two years of construction, we have opened our Residence and are gradually welcoming our first residents. "We want the transition to their new home to be smooth and pleasant for all clients, so the move-in process is gradual. We aim to provide each client with the attention they need," says Dana Maštová, the Residence Operations Manager. As of the opening day, more than ¾ of the Residence's capacity is booked.

After more than two years of construction, we have completed our beautiful Residence. We are now making final preparations and can't wait to welcome you!
We are opening on July 1, 2024, you can still join our clients and enjoy beautiful days in a comfortable residence with a friendly and human environment.
On 29 april 2024, ANOTHER STEP CLOSER!
We have taken an important step towards opening our Residence. Officials from the building authority visited us to thoroughly inspect the completed construction.
The approval inspection was successful. This is followed by additional documentation that needs to be processed by us and various involved authorities, which will take about a month.
We are delighted to share this joyful news and look forward to welcoming our first residents.
On 20 march 2024, The Modernization Fund has aided us with the implementation of the photovoltaic power plant
We have nearly completed the installation of our photovoltaic power plant, and we are pleased that the EU Emissions Trading System through the Modernization Fund has helped us in its realization. Thanks to the photovoltaic power plant, we will reduce CO2 emissions by 246.6 tons per year and save 745.6 MWh/year of non-renewable primary energy.

Our plan to complete the Residence this spring is progressing successfully. From the outside, it looks as if it is already finished, and the interiors are also nearing completion. Most of the apartments are already finished, and we are also finishing the final work on the common areas. By summer, we will have completed inspections, and then the first clients will start moving in.
We have also made significant progress with our photovoltaic power plant. We already have panels on the roof of the entire building, and soon we will place them on the slope next to the Residence. We are pleased to be moving towards sustainability and eco-friendly operation.
Our outdoor garden is also beginning to take shape. We are planting flowers, landscaping slopes, stabilizing surfaces, planting trees... The appearance of the garden will change throughout the year, offering clients a different experience each time.

We are excited about the progress of the completion of the Cézava Residence, because the work is going very smoothly and we are slowly approaching completion.

on 21 september ONE STEP CLOSER TO YOUR HOME AT THE CÉZAVA RESIDENCE
We are building with passion and are approaching the completion of the Cézava Residence. Right now we are focusing on finishing the bathrooms and we plan to present the first model apartment by the end of October.
We are working intensively on the thermal insulation of the facade and we are already 60% done. This will ensure that your new home is energy efficient.

On 29 June OUTSIDE GLASS FACADE AND INSIDE FLOOR HEATING
Watch with us how we finish the glass facade, which gives the building a modern and elegant look. Landscaping to align utility areas such as the main parking lot, perimeter sidewalks, and a gazebo area with a fire pit.
We are working on clearing out the apartments so that we can continue with the installation of insulation and underfloor heating. We are excited to be entering the 3rd floor, bringing us closer to the final completion of this amazing project.

On 21 June WE ARE EXTREMELY ENERGY EFFICIENT AND WE HAVE A CERTIFICATE FOR IT!
The effort we put into the design of the Cézava Residence and the care we took during its construction is being returned to us.
"Extremely energy-efficient building" is the rating we received when assessing the energy efficiency of the Residence. We are the only nursing home in the Czech Republic that meets such strict criteria.
We are happy twice:
An energy-saving building is pleasant to live in, as it continuously maintains a suitable climate, heat and fresh air.

On 26 May 2023 The Cézava Residence is under the roof!
The construction of the Residence continues, we have completed the rough construction, the entire roof and now we are finishing closing the building by filling the openings and glass facades.
A brisk construction industry reigns inside as well, where individual apartments are already taking shape.

On 24 June 2022, concreting of the 1st floor of the C wing was carried out
Construction of the Residence is in full swing, even though daily temperatures are reaching 36°C. Some work can only be carried out in the early morning. For example, the concreting of the first-floor ceiling, which we carried out in late June. Watch a short clip with us as we continue construction. What do you think? Are we doing a good job?
On 25 May 2022, we held an open day on the building site
The Cézava Residence is an important project in South Moravia and the whole country. The editors of Czech daily newspapers are also taking note of this. The Cézava Residence is mentioned in the pages of the national daily newspaper Právo, which introduced our project to its readers.

We are pleased that the open day allowed us to publicly present the construction progress of the Cézava Residence. The mayor of Újezd, Ms Marie Kozáková, also attended. "It may seem that the senior residence we have in Újezd is sufficient. However, we see the Cézava Residence in the broader context of the entire Brno and South Moravia region, where this type of service is still very much needed," the mayor said and wished us luck with the continuation of the construction.
On 16 March 2022 we established cooperation with the operator of the Special Services Residence
After months of joint project preparation and alignment of views on cooperation and common goals, we reached an agreement with the company Senior Komplex. This company will take over the management of the "Alzheimer's Home" section of the Cézava Residence. We are pleased to be able to offer our clients care from this experienced and reputable partner, which already operates five similar facilities in the Czech Republic.
