The Cézava Residence is designed as a three-part complex with five floors.

It is the structure of the building that also determines the functional composition of its individual parts.

East Wing – Special Services Residence:
The east wing is being prepared for seniors suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's disease as a Special Services Residence (in Czech: Domov se zvláštním režimem – DZR). Here, up to 150 clients will find comfortable accommodation, friendly staff and a whole range of specialised therapies and activities to enjoy their time and improve themselves.
West Wing – Accommodation:
The west wing is used for long-term accommodation in separate apartments for about 100 self-sufficient or partially self-sufficient seniors.
Clients can live here with the independence they are used to.
If they wish, additional services will be made available (for example, prepared meals, a laundry service and care or assistance from staff). Clients can choose the scope of services according to their current needs and degree of independence.
The two wings are connected by a central area with a dining room, café and lounge areas. There will also be body care services, spaces for creative activities and other services that will be requested by clients over time. Clients will appreciate finding these services "at home" in a safe environment.
CAPACITIES OF THE CÉZAVA RESIDENCE
The senior residence will offer clients fully equipped single studio apartments consisting of 1 bedroom and a kitchenette, apartments consisting of 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and a kitchenette and accommodation units in a higher standard. Each apartment will have its own enclosed balcony, and the ground floor units facing the atrium will also have their own private terrace.
SPECIAL SERVICES RESIDENCE
We are preparing a total of 150 beds in the Special Services Residence in comfortable single and double rooms with private bathrooms.
BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS ARE AS IMPORTANT AS THE INTERIORS
The building is set in a plot of land with a total area of 16,260 m2.
The property is divided into 2 basic areas for access and relaxation.
The access part provides a road to the residence, a means of delivering supplies, and a total of 95 parking spaces.
Additional parking will be available in front of the grounds for staff, visitors and residents.
There will also be places to charge electric cars so that visitors can recharge their vehicle when visiting our residents.
The access way is designed so that supplies can be made directly to key loading points.
Relaxation can be enjoyed in the south-western half of the property, in a large garden featuring greenery and fine landscaping.
CÉZAVA RESIDENCE AS A PART OF THE LOCALITY
A top location is the cornerstone of the project's success
The Cézava Residence is located in the village of Újezd u Brna, which, as the name suggests, is close to Brno. The village is connected to Brno by public transport; the centre of Brno (about 15 km) is 25 minutes away by car and 20 minutes away by train. The University Hospital Brno Bohunice, with state-of-the-art equipment, is just a 20-minute drive away.
The village is picturesque and safe, and maintained in a condition that is well above average for the Czech Republic. It will provide residents with the necessary social facilities and entertainment. The village contains a pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, a post office, a playground, a restaurant, a hairdresser’s, a church, a general practitioner’s surgery, cafés and pizzerias. All of these can be found within about 1 km, with the nearest pastry shop/café is about 500 metres away. We believe that the location is ideal in terms of transport accessibility from the large regional city of Brno and the cities of Vienna and Olomouc, and will provide smooth access for both staff and the residents' families.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
In the last month of 2022, we successfully reached the highest point of the entire construction. Follow the development of Rezidence Cézava in the News tab, as things are going well for us. The roofs are now being assembled, complete insulation is being installed and then the roofing is underway. At the same time, we fill in the perimeter masonry, install window frames, and use partitions to divide the rooms.
We expect construction to be completed in September 2023. From August 2023, we will begin a trial operation, which we hope to follow up in December 2023 by moving into full operation.
