On 24 June 2022, concreting of the 1st floor of the C wing was carried out
Construction of the Residence is in full swing, even though daily temperatures are reaching 36°C. Some work can only be carried out in the early morning. For example, the concreting of the first-floor ceiling, which we carried out in late June. Watch a short clip with us as we continue construction. What do you think? Are we doing a good job?
On 25 May 2022, we held an open day on the building site
The Cézava Residence is an important project in South Moravia and the whole country. The editors of Czech daily newspapers are also taking note of this. The Cézava Residence is mentioned in the pages of the national daily newspaper Právo, which introduced our project to its readers.

We are pleased that the open day allowed us to publicly present the construction progress of the Cézava Residence. The mayor of Újezd, Ms Marie Kozáková, also attended. "It may seem that the senior residence we have in Újezd is sufficient. However, we see the Cézava Residence in the broader context of the entire Brno and South Moravia region, where this type of service is still very much needed," the mayor said and wished us luck with the continuation of the construction.
On 16 March 2022 we established cooperation with the operator of the Special Services Residence
After months of joint project preparation and alignment of views on cooperation and common goals, we reached an agreement with the company Senior Komplex. This company will take over the management of the "Alzheimer's Home" section of the Cézava Residence. We are pleased to be able to offer our clients care from this experienced and reputable partner, which already operates five similar facilities in the Czech Republic.
